Sourcing : Infinitium sources deals through platforms like Crunchbase, industry networks, and its regional business development teams. 

Screening : Potential investments are screened based on their alignment with Infinitium’s three pillars and their ability to meet predefined financial and strategic criteria.
Deal Sheets : A thorough evaluation of each deal is conducted, creating deal sheets that provide an in-depth analysis of business potential, competitive positioning, and market trends. 
Due Diligence : Infinitium performs extensive due diligence, which includes financial audits, market risk assessments, operational evaluations, and an analysis of the management team. The goal is to invest in opportunities that can generate an IRR of 40% or more.
Post-Investment Integration : After making an investment, Infinitium integrates the portfolio company into its governance framework, ensuring that strategic, financial, and operational goals align with Infinitium’s broader objectives. 

Board Representation : Infinitium typically ensures its involvement in the company’s governance, either through board representation or direct oversight of strategic initiatives.
Internal Projects : Infinitium maintains 51% or more ownership in internally developed projects to ensure strategic control. 

External Acquisitions : Infinitium typically invests more than 30% in tertiary projects to maintain significant influence and control over key decisions.
